What is the Framework

The Radical Client Centred (RCC) Framework provides a visual tool to prompt reflection on the multiple systemic, interpersonal and intrapersonal systems that may lead someone to a rupture in their relationship with food and body.

In turn, this rupture in the relationship between food and body can lead to the development of disordered eating or an eating disorder (DE/ED).

The RCC Framework is a diagram of concentric rings echoing from the central individual.

Each circle represents a domain to be considered in the development and healing of their ED/DE.

This individualisation is an essential step forward in improving consumer outcomes for individuals with DE/ED and is a priority for future research.
